Our dedicated sales and education teams deliver comprehensive product and clinical support to healthcare professionals across the UK and Ireland.

We’re now recruiting a Territory Manager responsible for both cardiology and peripheral vascular products across Ireland (Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland). This is your chance to take a step up.

Purpose of the Role

The Territory Manager is the primary sales contact within the assigned geography, accountable for developing relationships with clinicians and decision-makers, implementing sales strategies, and grow revenue and market share across Medilex Medical’s cardiovascular and peripheral vascular portfolios. This role requires deep clinical knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to provide high-quality educational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of Medilex Medical’s cardiovascular and peripheral vascular product portfolio and associated procedures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical teams, providing product, technical, and educational support.
  • Maintain strong territory presence (minimum 80% face-to-face), while also utilising digital tools (Zoom, Teams, email) to engage and support accounts.
  • Analyse local market dynamics including clinical trends, HSE/NHS priorities, budgets, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create, implement, and update account and territory plans, sharing objectives with the Sales Manager on a 90-day cycle.
  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships, including engaging Key Opinion Leaders to support product adoption and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and education teams to design and deliver impactful training programmes.
  • Contribute to new product and business development opportunities by identifying unmet clinical needs.
  • Provide accurate reporting, forecasts, and market insights using Salesforce and other company systems.
  • Manage resources within allocated budgets to deliver territory objectives.
  • Act as a role model for ethical, disciplined sales conduct and teamwork.
